I am sharing some disappointing news, especially since Councilman Espinal is calling for $50million in funding from Mayor and City Council for wellness coordinators in all schools to implement nutrition ed in every school.
At this time, we are not seeing #Wellness Coordinators in the City Council Preliminary Budget Response. This is where we can make an impact on our children and their lives. Please tweet @NYCSpeakerCoJo and @NYCMayor demand Wellness Coordinators in every school! Here is a link to the budget:
