One of the things I have been advocating for with NYC's Office of Food and Nutrition Services (OFNS) is a better website with clearer information for parents. One of my request is now live, which is an inbox (email address) for suggestions/comments/questions. The email address is: SFWebsitesuggestion@schools.nyc.gov.
Of course, they have now removed the monthly calendar view menu (which they should bring back so please write to them about that), and they still have yet to post my frequently asked questions section which I drafted for them (find it here) but one step at a time.
Please feel free to use this email address to communicate directly with OFNS and share your feedback both good and bad!
Don't forget to be kind and respectful. They are working hard to make our school food better every day and we should acknowledge that too.
